We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and meet our Return & Refund Policy requirements. To start a return, simply email us.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your claim promptly and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
If your order has not yet entered processing, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us and we'll be happy to help.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options that may be available at checkout, including installment payment services offered by participating providers. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers.
