15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Customer Service First

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us first at support@theahhcollection.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute quickly and fairly before either party takes formal legal action.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court if permitted by applicable law.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Arizona unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor The Ahh Collection may participate in a class action, class arbitration, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.5 Third-Party Suppliers and Shipping Partners

The Ahh Collection operates as an online retailer and works with independent third-party manufacturers, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers to process and deliver products. While we strive to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery, we are not responsible for delays, shipping interruptions, carrier errors, customs delays, acts of nature, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, customers must notify us promptly in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy consistent with our policies.

15.6 Limitation on Claims

Any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises. Claims not brought within this period are permanently barred to the fullest extent permitted by law.
